I joined SW online about 8 weeks ago and lost 3.5lb in my 1st week and went on to loose another 4lb but then I started to loose motivation and put it all back on.
I joined a class on the 28h July so hopefully now I can stick to it and loose weight.
The problems I have been having is I absolutly hate veg I think that is what is making it so hard to loose weight.
Today I am making the superspeed soup even though I dont like any of the ingredients BUT hopefully I can manage some each day to help boost the loss.
I didnt do well on saturday. I went out drinking, it was totally unplanned and at the time I really enjoyed yself but now I'm really regretting it. My 1st weigh in isn't going to be good and I feel like I have let myself down.
