I joined SW online about 8 weeks ago and lost 3.5lb in my 1st week and went on to loose another 4lb but then I started to loose motivation and put it all back on.
I joined a class on the 28h July so hopefully now I can stick to it and loose weight.

The problems I have been having is I absolutly hate veg I think that is what is making it so hard to loose weight.

Today I am making the superspeed soup even though I dont like any of the ingredients BUT hopefully I can manage some each day to help boost the loss.

I didnt do well on saturday. I went out drinking, it was totally unplanned and at the time I really enjoyed yself but now I'm really regretting it. My 1st weigh in isn't going to be good and I feel like I have let myself down.

Don`t worry. My weight didn`t change in the first week. Since then the loss has been gradual. Like you I didn`t like veg or fruit. Have found over the weeks that my taste buds have changed.
As for going out drinking, don`t beat yourself up about it! Draw a line in the sand and start again!

Hi Rachel, Im pretty new here but thot id share my experience too.
I started off losing 2lbs and then week after 2.5lbs. Now third week in and one day to go to weight in i have cheated a million times mainly due to 2 day hangover oooops. I totally lost the motivation this week, soooo need to get back on bandwagon tomorrow. Its totally true wot ppl say by the way, stay off the booze and it totally helps. I should take my own advice eh? Haha

Hi, I am new here too. Only started SW last week, 1st weigh in is Thurs. Try cooking meals where the veggies are hidden, ie spag bowl, shephards pie. Or roast veggies in spray light & add your favourite spices to add more flavour.
We all have bad days the trick is to get back to it the next day and not beat yourself up.
