Hi, I'm new to slimming world!

  1. Hi, I start sw tomorrow as I need to lose around 3 stone! Any hints and tips to keep me on this plan? Thanks x

  3. I'm finding it ok just really miss white bread! Am guna make the fakeaway pizza tonight and use my syns on that for the day!

    I'm joining next Friday but I've done it a couple of times before and it's the only thing that works for me. It's purely my life in other areas throwing me off that's stopped me.
    The things I found useful were, drinking 2L of water a day, including herbal tea etc. Making meals in bulk and then freezing leftovers for another time, planning ahead, knowing triggers for me it's when I'm tired! and at night, so I plan nibbles or paint my nails to distract me, and not to freak on a bad day, it happens, you can still lose in the same week. It's whatever works for you! Good luck I'll look forward to seeing your success!! :)

  5. Hi, I've had my 1st weigh in tonight and lost 4lb, I know it's not a lot but quite happy as I had a sickness bug for 2 days so all I was eating was toast! Going out this weekend though so got a feeling I will gain! Will probably have a week's syns in alcohol oppss!!

    Congratulations that's a great loss! It's 4lb less than before! Keep it up, and I'm sure one nights indulgence won't make a huge difference
