Hi...I'm cate and new here but also to sw. I've struggled since I started as I take lots of hefty medication...and I'm dairy, caffeine and gluten free too.

Ahhh bless! Picture long term, time is going to pass by regardless of what we do.. So why not make and stick to the changes so as time passes by, we change.... Into better versions of ourselves! And look great too!
