well im new to weight watchers, had been following sw for 2 yrs on and off lost over 1st and a half but messed about and put it all back on!!:( :(

so i decided to try get back on track but my heart isnt in sw anymore so decided i needed a change and ww was my choice!! went to my first ww meetin last nite and i was really motivated!
so started today and this is wat i have eaten, please give me ur thoughts on it please!im allowed 21 points a day :D

BREAKFAST - slice of toast with boiled egg, an apple - 3
SNACK - KP ready salted popcorn - (delicious!) 1/2
LUNCH - 2 slices bread with small tin of tuna in brine, 1 tbsp low fat mayo, wotsits - 5 1/2
SNACK - WW ginger and lemon cookies - another bag of popcorn (luv it ha) - 2
DINNER - Birdseye steam fresh meal - 5
SUPPER - 1 slice toast with 1 oz of pate - 2

total 18 points, 3 saved towards my nite out at weekend :eek:

well this is day 2s menu, im allowed 21 points, let me know wat u think everyone!:D

B apple, ww cheese and onion dipper (slept in lol) 2
L tuna with light mayo sandwich, wotsits 5 1/2
D (was very hungry lol) 2 loaded pot shells with cheese, (icelands) with 2tbsp sweet chilli then an hour later had ww lasagne with salad and 100g tesco light choice coleslaw 10

Snack 2 ww cookies ginger and lemon and kp salted popcorn (only 1/2 point) - 2

TOTAL 19 1/2

SAVED 1 1/2
