Hi i'm new here, have lurked a couple of times and thought i really should join, i've been going to SW and have lost 1stone 3lb so far, and have another maybe 4 to go, havent set my final target yet! i get my club 10 in 6lb's time!
not to sure how i'll get on at weigh in this week, i was a bit bad at the wknd, prob had around 90 syns over fri/sat/sun, have been trying to be super good through this week though, only around 2 syns a day and as much speed foods as i can eat, so hopefully i can pull it back!
