Hey everyone! I'm Tegan and I'm looking to lose a fair bit of weight.
I currently weigh 15st 6lbs. My goal weight is 10st. I'm 5'8.5" and I'm 17.
In the past, I have suffered from the eating disorder Bulimia. Between the ages of 13 and 16, at the end of last year, I got very, very ill due to my ED, so I went into recovery. Although I don't have the best relationship with food still, I feel it's time to start slimming down healthily.
I have already dropped from 16st 3lbs to 15st 6lbs in 3 weeks. And since March when I came out of recovery I naturally dropped from 17st 9lbs to 16st 3lbs. I have come to this forum for companionship and support.
At my lowest weight, I was 8st 6lbs at 5'7, but that was during my bulimia. I don't want to be that skinny again, but I do want to be between 10st and 11st.
Uhm, a bit about me, I am about to move house, love horse riding which is part of the reason for weight loss, when I was between my lowest weight and up to 13st, I could do showjumping and cross country, but at my weight, the horse can not take my weight as well as it's own over jumps. So I have just been doing hacking and dressage, which gets very, very boring, and I want to jump again!
My diet is a heavily calorie controlled diet. I eat under 800cals a day, I know this isn't totally healthy, but I did a food diary for 2 weeks before I started dieting, and I only ate around 1300 cals a day anyway, so I went 500cals under that (like suggested).
