    Well new in here. Been on minimums for years but in the slimming world threads. I have done sw for 2 years and lost 2 1/2 stone but put 1/2 stone back on. I love sw but have lost all motivation on it so am trying something new and quite excited about the 5:2 diet. I have about a stone left to lose. I will have my first fast day tomorrow. I have lots to learn and look forward to chatting to u all

    Good Luck with your first day, I did mine yesterday & didn't eat until around 1130 then had bovril & hot water to keep me going until 130 when I had a small plain salad then at 4 a ww tomato soup leaving 300 cal ready meal until 630. I was at work 12-8 so too busy really to think about it too much

    Good luck with your first fast. I generally leave all my cals till evening as I find once I start eating I want more.
