Hi to everybody!
I am new here. My boyfriend and I started Slimming World online on Monday (so we're on day 3 today) and so far we've only done Green Days since we're not really big meat fans (but not vegetarians either). So far it looks great! Especially after following Atkins for a couple of months before this! I am SICK of meat and I really miss my fruit!
I just was interested if anybody has experience on how much weight one should expect to lose with Insulin Resistance? I was diagnosed with mild PCOS a few months ago and it's been really difficult to lose weight!
