I do 1 egg, whisk the white with 3 spoons of sweetener till you get stiff peaks. Then mix yolk with 3 spoons of sweetener, mix white and yolk then cook with fry light. Nice with a chopped banana a splash of maple syrup for one syn x

I'm going to have to try this now, sounds yummy, and perfect for a sweet treat
