Good afternoon, I'm Justine and am new to the forum. I hope to lose just over a stone and started on Lipotrim at the weekend. Have been feeling dizzy and trying to snack on fruit such as melon and blueberries to keep the hunger pangs at bay. I tried WW which worked at first, but there were too many free foods and I found myself snacking on too much of these. Any advice regarding Lipotrim gratefully received. Many thanks!
