I personally think LT is good, or I wouldnt be here putting myself through it!! LOL! Its pretty standard as far as a tfr thing goes i would say... if u wanna succeed then give it a go and take one day at a time! Have u seen the DVD? U can get from chemist of its on the LT website - watch it and its very informative, any other Qs will certainly be answered on here I am sure!

Hi Yeh i have seen the dvd x Im fed up wearing trousers in summer so i want to be able to wear shorts Im so fed ipod uncomfortable and just generally down so i think this is gonna kick start my year xx
