Yeah I think I must be in ketosis as I'm not hungry or anything. I think it helps that I try and eat my soup or shakes within a small time frame so I feel fuller for longer. The rest of the time I fast and just drink lots of water, coke zero and flavoured water. Intermittent Fasting helps me strangely and I absolutely love my food!!
