hi there am on slimming world so i am eating heathy but ive just bought some capsiplex which my friend lost 4 stone on .am starting these tomorrow,if anyone else has tried the pills please can you let me no how it went ,many thanks nicki

How long did it take to lose the 4st and what else was your friend doing? I mean diet and exercise etc

hi she did slimming world so now iam doing this aswell as taking the pill,she didnt do much exercise but she walks everywhere,it took her nearly 7 months to loose the weight,she said she never felt hungry tho x

7 months to lose 4 stone is highly achieveable without pills (a loss of just under 2lbs per week). There are many ppl following Slimmers world that might agree they dont feel hungry and dont need anything else and some get much better results too. Personally I would save my money, but I really hope they work for you x
