hi to everyone im new here

hi,
as you can tell by my name i have yoyo dieted alot in the past and always put more weight back on than i lost in the first place. its got to the point were my wieght really depresses me and i dont socialise much as i just feel uncomfortable being with people outside of my family. i have alot! of weight to lose and im hoping maybe the people on this forum would beable to help support and encourage me to do this. i've looked through the before and after pics you've all put on and just hope that one day that might be me.

thanks for wishing me good luck, we'll todays day one and i'm really hoping with your support i'll beable to stick to it. i havent got a set diet i was going to follow like ww or sw ect i've been on them so often and havent managed to stick to it so i was going to try healthy eating from home as everyone knows the foods your supposes to eat and the food your not. im gonna try and keep a journal,check out on here for healthy recipes and start an exercise plan even if at first its just a 15-20 minute walk round block to start. does anyone else do it this way? any advise would be great,

good luck with in, you've taken the 1st step and your doing something about it. i no wen i did it a few years ago, all i did was make myself walk to the local village at least once a day, takes about 20 minutes there 20 minutes back.. stopped using the car for short journeys.. you'll be surprised how much difference it actually makes. just cut out all the 'crap' we generally eat and stock up with fruit, drink plenty of water because this helps with weightloss immensley, i didnt think its wud, but it really does..

thanks for the encouragment, i do tend to take the car everywhere like to the shops thats only 5min walk away and to take the kids to school and thats only a ten min walk but you have to set off 25mins early just to get a parkin space which is just stupid me doin it but its just out of habbit and lazziness. i'm gonna do my before picture this morning which im dreadin im just hoping if i take one once a month i might see a change and it'll keep me motavated.
