To all the ww gang hope you are all ok and doing fine i feel more happier now ive been to doctors and my blood pressure Is just about normal. So Im going to decide If to have another go at ww again. Or try some thing else

Hope you decide whats right for you soon, believe me i know whats its like to flit between one diet and another
I am just hoping that i have found the right place for me now and that WW works for me

Thanks its just getting the right diet you want ww does work but you have to do what it says eat all your points thats something i have not been doing and my weight loss has not been very fast . I think you will be ok with ww if you eat all your points .
