Hi all,
I've been reading for a couple of weeks now (the success stories are SO inspiring) and thought it was about time I joined in and said hello
I am a terrible yo-yo dieter, I have lost and re-gained the same 3-4 stone about 5 times now in the last 10 years :sigh: I did really well last year, losing 2st and 11lb in six months, but after the summer it all went belly-up. I put back on 1 stone and 7lb of it :cry:I restarted again (again!) a couple of weeks ago and have lost 6lb so far in 2 weeks.
I'm feeling very determined, but then I always am when I start my problem isn't losing the weight as such, it's keeping it OFF I struggle with. I seem to only know 2 ways of eating: either "dieting" or "eating like a pig", have struggled all my adult like to find some middle-ground.
Anyway, enough waffle from me now. I just wanted to say hello really and I'm hopeful that discovering this forum will help me shift the weight for the last time! :cross:
