Hi everyone I am 33, 5 ft. 6, 186 pounds and dress size 16/18. I found this site last night whilst I was looking at diets on the internet and thought it was just what I was looking for. I am starting my diet today and will be doing Curves as well. I am going to do the old ww diet on my own for the time being as not able to join a diet club at the moment.
