Hi everyone,

I've been very overweight since my teens and have always struggled with losing weight. I have been diagnosed with an underactive Thoyriod and are taking medication for it. My doctor recently prescribed Xenical and I've been on it now for a month and a half. I have changed my diet completely and have been doing half an hour most days on an exercise bike. My weight is going down slowly but it is going down.

I'm so glad i came accross this website because i found a lot of forums just attack you for taking xenical. I'm hoping with the support of people here and the success stories that i've read about will keep me motivated.

Thanks for listening.

Hi Littlesis,

I'm feeling lots better on the medication, at least i know im not going mad!!!!! And now hopefully i'm on the right track to getting healthy and losing weight. If i can continue to get my weight down by 1 to 2 pounds a week i'll be so happy.
