I am a newbie, just about to sign up for slimming world. I know a couple of people who are doing it currently and have done really well. All in all I have around 7 stone to loose. Its not going to be easy or fast but I need to stay at it. I have a horrible feeling of quitting weight loss early on. I am hoping that by going to meetings I will stay motivated. I think having weekly weigh ins should also help me.
