Hi my name is Michelle and I need tO loose 2 stone or should I say 1 1/2 stone now. I've done every diet in the passed and always fallen very quickly so now I'm having the hypno band which gets fitted next Monday, in the first week I've lost 6lb and that's just by been conscious of rubbish I throw down my throat! Is there a place on here for hypno band people?
