Hi, I'm Becca, and I want (NEED!) to lose weight. I need to lose 3 or 4 stone, and now. I'm sick of being the fat one! My energy levels have plummeted, and I am so unfit too. I've put on about a stone and a half just since coming to uni in September 2010, which is awful. I've just booked a holiday to Disneyland with my boyfriend for June, and I'd love to go there and not feel self-concious in a swimsuit. I'd also love to come back to university in the autumn and actually enjoy all our fancy dress parties without looking and feeling huge!
As I'm a student, I'm skint, really skint, so I need suggestions as to what diet to try! I can't afford to pay for Weight Watchers or Slimming World every week or anything, but I'm not sure I could go it alone and just cut out the crap without anyone spurring me along! I'd be grateful for any suggestions anyone! :)

I am sure you will find lots of great advice on here, have a look through the chat boards and see if there is a diet on there that suits you.
As far I am can see there is a very good variety on here, I have only been here a few days myself and already finding it very informative.
Once you find a diet to suit I am sure you will find a forum on here with lots of lovely people on the same diet who will support you and spur you on.
Just remember that we are all here for the same reason no matter what diet each of us are doing we all want the same end result.

Join either WW or SW and get a set of the latest books. Then start a diary thread in the correct section on here and members will support and encourage you.
