Just reading the back on one of my shakes. 6.7g of fat and 3.5g of sat fat (so 20g and 10g) I know this is below the RDA, it just seems quite high, anyone know why. When I was dieting on normal food I kept my fat intake below 10g and my sat fat intake below 5g and lost 26lbs over 3 months. Just wondering why the fat content is so high is all
