I'm laura, I started the lipotrim diet around 2 years ago but failed (( lol

So today I have started the asda shakes has anyone done these before?

I'm not even sure how to do them, does anyone know?

Anyway good luck to you all, i'm currently 17st and would like to get down to around ten!

i havent heard of asda shakes neither, i am sure there must b someone here whos doing it tho. good luck!
