thank you all
and do you know what i always knew i would make it this time, i had no idea of the time span but knew this was the right time for me.... and at the end of the day i was the only person who could change my life
i took little baby steps and stuck to food optimising, worked hard at getting fit and remembered that liking myself was a lot easier than hating myself..
im still not 100% sure about the mirrors but im getting there and today i managed to get into size 12 trousers from tescos (not stretchy ones)
again a great big hug and im here to support anyone right to the end
