hi i am new here and struggling at the moment not with my weight loss so much as i have decided to make my lifestyle healthier for me and my son and i could defo do with losing weight i started at 13.5 and am now down to 11.8 and havent really been monitoring it that much as its a change for life this time! but need some advice and tips as i now have a target goal but am never going back to my old ways again!!! thanks for reading!
