As you may or may not know, I am going on hols on Wednesday (woop woop!!!). I was originally planning on having 2 maintenance products a day and then a sensible fishy/chicken type meal with a salad in the evening. I am really enjoying refeed and I am now maybe thinking of continuing this refeed week for one more week. If I take some shakes for breakfast (and I will be having them for breakfast, we will all be up early. My husband will kill me if I start going back to bed with the baby on hols!) and then prepare a nice salad with tuna for lunch with say a yoghurt and piece of fruit, then a healthy meal in the night. Will this be better? I might take some bars just in case we are out all day. What do you think??? It is so hard to know what to do, especially as I still have weight to loose.
