i know you can take 6 holidays a year with sw but is this fom when you start or from january to january ? thanx sorry for a daft question

I THINK that it is from joining date. Not 100% sure. Someone in group asked this the other week.........but I wasn't really listening...........too busy gabbing to someone else.

I also think the year is calculated from the day you join.
