It seems to be different for everyone. Think it was about day 10 for me, but some people are in it after 2 or 3 days. Even if you're not in ketosis you're bound to have lost loads at your first WI. Good luck and let us know!!
i was in ketosis on day 7 defo knew from the taste in my mouth but was still hungry and tired. You will lose loads. it is different for everyone wen they stop feeling hungry and have their energy boost. just stick in dere its well worth it.
