Holy Communion

Can you take this on CD? I have been bad and not been to church for a few months but I want to go back... and take communion as part of the Eucharist service but it occured to me that maybe I shouldn't? It would feel odd to not take it.

Many churches, including the Anglican network, are doing bread but no wine at the moment to help stop the spread of swine flu, so that's half your problem solved anyway!
