Home made breakfast bars. Recipe, anyone?

I used to make these on the old old plan where we counted protein and carbs etc. Loved them. They had dried fruit, oats in, cannot find the recipe but even if I did I probably coudn't convert it.
Wish I could find the old diet, loved it. Think they called it Slim and Trim, it was in a little folder.

Hope you don't mind me posting here. There is a recipe in the SW section for flapjacks. I don't know if this would be suitable for WW or could be tweaked to fit in but it might be worth a look. I can vouch for how tasty they are!
