I've found the recipe! Incase anyone would like it it's:
Blend 2 packets of Quorn pieces and mix with 2 beaten eggs, 1 crushed garlic clove, the juice of half a lemon, 2 tbsp Quark, 2 tbsp chopped parsley and 1 tsp paprika. Shape into 8 burgers and fry in Fry Light for about 4 minutes each side.
I put it in a food processor and 1 egg and a can of 'beans' cannellini, kidney, chickpeas or whatever really. add some herbs/spices of your choice and blitz. form into burgers and oven bake. i have tried 'frying' them but they fall apart when turning. so oven baking is much better. Tate great in a wholemeal roll with HEA cheese and salad served with SW wedges
