Hello all. Im new to cc and have just done my first day so after reading all the other diaries on here thought id give it a go! Im aiming to keep within 1400 cals dont know if this is do-able? Hope so!

Today has been:

B - fruit an fibre with ss milk 214
L - 2x 50/50/med bread, grated cheese,spread 353
T - ready meal 369 + 1x50/50 med bread with spread 154

4x cups tea/coffee 80cals

TREATS 1 bag asda crisps 135
1 caramel bisc bite 80

Total cals = 1387
 
Well day 2 and feeling really positive. Find planning my meals in advance a real help just hope i can keep on track ova the weekend, this is where i always fail!
Well this is what ive got planned for 2day, any advice gratefully recieved :)

B= 2x weetabix with ss milk & sweetner 205
L= chilli with rice 450
T= 2x toast,1 poached egg,tin tom,mushrooms 348

coffee/tea 80

TREATS = i bag frazzels 115
breakaway 99

TOTAL CALS = 1297

Knew id struggle 2day. Have been on a first aid course an grabbed lunch from a garage forecourt :( and then was really hungry when i got home & had a bag of frazzels and a biscuit bite. Feel bad now cuz ment to having pizza for tea tonight. Think gona have to stat agen 2moro.
B= 2 crumpets with spread = 209
L= tuna mayo sandwich 230 = taxi bar 100
T= 1/6th of pizza with salad 500
Snacks= frazzels 115 bisc bite 80 2x toast with spread
coffee/tea 100

TOTAL CALS = 1622
