Hi Guys,
Some of you know me - I've lost some weight on LT and CD.. For the past year I've been up and down in my weight (fluctuating about a stone - lowest 9st 7lb). I'm now back up to 10st 6lb
I've just got a second job that will hopefully help pay for CD but I dont want my other half to know I'm back on the shakes...
He thinks that I stick for it for 2 weeks - make myself unhappy then gain lots of weight again...
He's very fit and goes to the gym 3/4 times a week and thinks that I sould eat less - move more etc.... But I've tried this and it doesnt work for me!
So my part time job is going to be in the evenings - so I can say to him that Ive ate in work and have SS+ meal when we are together on the weekends..
I dont want to keep this from him but I think the less people that know - the less I can dissapoint them....
Advice would be gr8!
