well after bad week i mean a bad week i have been my weigh in tonight and sadly put on 3 and half pound
but i have took it in and put it behind me! its done now and best thing is to move on. done my food diary for the week so i know my meals are planned so no looking for food when im hungry! my consulted has reassured me and i know where i have gone wrong....not allowing myself any syns when i need them esp when craving kick in!!! looking forward to the week ahead!
