Hot Chocolate (with or without whipped cream!)

Hiya...
does anybody know the syns for a standard hot chocolate that you would buy in a cafe... i know some come with cream and marshmallows but I will ask for them to be left off!

Website says a standard hot chocolate is 8.5 syns. You could knock 6 off if using the milk as your HEX A

be really carefull, i saw something in an article about hot chocolate drinks in fancy coffee outlets n some of them have more callories in one drink than a women should consume in just one day!!1
