hot deli food

hi anyone know how many points are in a southern fried chicken breast from a hot deli counter??? i love them and need a chicken fillet sambo :-( x x x x:cry:

I point them at 7pp. But that is just a guess. Deli food is so hard to point as some deli's deep fry the chicken while others bake it in the oven.

haha i know there soooo nice...chicken fillet rolls..coleslaw..cheese the works but thats what made me fat
so now its brown bread qourn fillet with low fat mayo its actually really really nice x x

yep thats what i lived on 'before' aswel.
but that great, thats my hangover cure sorted for saturday.... I could really splash out with WW cheese aswel as low fat mayo ...
