Well here in durham the weather has been gorgeous. I always find I deal with my diet and food choices better when the weather is nice. I love salads and walking etc. Does anyone else find they get motivated when the weather is nice??

On the downside though, I resemble a lobster today. Unfortunatley I have to burn before I turn brown. Went in the bath this morning and OH MY GOD! the pain. How I'm gonna cope in benidorm in July I'll never know.

I also feel extra motivated today because I lost 2lb this week which I am over the moon with because I had a drink and kebab binge on Monday. I tried to count it in my points and it has paid off. I'm so glad I took everyones advice :) Thanks guys.

I am torn on the weather question really

Being Scottish, I have the fairest, non tanning skin going - but I do like the sunshine - just not the heat and the sunburn!!!

Tend to be a "holiday skin" chick - nice golden colour with no pain or suffering x

i agree the summer weather is so much better when it comes to food choices, i have been eating lots of salads and pitta's filled with lovely food

Well today I am itchy and peeling.....a very sorry state indeed.

On the plus side I have really been enjoying salads and pittas and haven't really felt the need for stodgy food. Mind you having said that tonight I am having a Birds Eye beef hotpot (5.5 points) and a giant yorkshire pudding from asda (4 points). So for 9.5 points that is a tasty little meal. The weather is duller and cooler today which is why I am having something more substantial.

Its the weigh in tomorrow so I've got my fingers crossed for a loss.
