Step 1 Sole Source Hot shakes??

Hi, does anyone know if I can make my shakes hot or does it mess up the vitamins etc? Thanks xx

Long as u dont use boiling water my CDC says its fine use it just off the boil i make em hot helps in this weather i think

It says on the back of the packets you can have them made up with hot water as long as it's not boiling. My fave is choc shake made up with hot water in the blender with a teaspoon of instant coffee added, lovely as a treat when it's cold! X

Also a fan of hot choc mint and hot cappucino! Yum!!!!
