Hot Water with Lemon

Does anyone use this in the morning and if so, does it help you loose weight? xXx

hiya!
ive been drinking lemon in cold water prob should be having it hot oh well!! and ive been losing an average of 3lbs a week so i think it does help..and its really good for cleansing and detox aswell, digestion, and loads more.
i reckon its definately helping me with my weight loss xxx

I've just read on another message string that lemon in hot water of a morning helps with the often suffered (other posters - not me) constipation.
Cannot give a personal answer - but that's what I've read (hope not tmi)

I think it helps me but probably because i tend to eat less for breakfast after drinking it - Also no caffeine so no dehydration
