Hot Water with Lemon

Is hot water with a squeeze of lemon allowed as part of your water intake?

it's the citric acid, it'd knock you out of ketosis, hence no lemon juice..

Hot water flavouring, is the Cambridge water flavouring in hot water

yeah, just the normal water flavour but made with hot water.
i first had it when i was feeling a little poorly (insted of lemsip) but now have it as a hot drink, cause i dont dtrink tea or coffee
i have the berry one its yummy!! x

Yes the CD flavourings are lovely, but you can only have 1 teaspoon a day.

i only put a wee bit in find them really strong and sweet, so make 1 tsp last about 2 pints of water and a hot cup - hope this is ok???
my cdc never said anything about it!! x

I can't drink the water without the sunshine orange so with the permission from my CDC I have it with all 4 litres working out about 4 teaspoons per day! I know that's not the correct way to take it (1 teaspoon a day is) I just find it much easier that way! X
