    Hi can anyone tell me if i can have 2 x slices from a 400g loaf of Hovis Granary as a HEXB or do i need to syn it?

    Sorry but granary bread doesn't count as a HEB so you would need to syn it I'm afraid.

    Does anyone know the syn value of this? And am i correct in thinking that a HEB is 6 syns so if for example the hovis granary was 5 syns per slice I would only need to use 4 sins for 2 slices????
