How are your F&H losses?

Hi all,

I've been doing SW for over a year now, and although I've done well and am still going to group, I've come to a point where I just feel stuck in a rut. So I'm going to give WW F&H a go as it's so similar but with a few additions that appeal - not least free bread products!

But that makes me wonder... how are your losses on F&H?

I'd like to lose around 2 stone by mid June, so am aiming for 1.5 to 2lbs a week. Do-able, do we think?
