:wave_cry: Hi all,
I am just writing to ask you for some advice / support.
Today I start the new you TFR diet at 220 lbs I can hardly believe myself that a year and a half ago I weighed 10st7lbs. 5 stone in that time!!! You would think it couldn't be done, but here I am. After a mixture of ill health, and low mood because of it, I have comfort ate and hardly moved a muscle in that time. Finally things are beginning to look up, I am back to work and medication keeping my physical health well. However, my married life and my self-esteem are suffering so badly now because of my weight and the way it makes me feel. At primary school, I was bullied about my weight and since then all my self-esteem centres around my weight (silly I know but I can't help it). I have 70 lbs to lose which seems SO hard and such a large mountain to climb  Please can anyone help me by telling me how they manage to stay focused? Thanks xx
