The mixer mousse , that is a nightmare to work with , I get Lumps when ever I used to use that , not used that now in a long time , plus it makes it thicker but lumpy , I guess its all set to try us lol . what I like is , doing the strawberry sponge , I make it by adding water until its a paste , then make it round and 1 min say 10 secs mirco and wait till cool and eat it , not enough of it lol
