Well I blitzed my garden this Sunday, weeded, bagged and recycled the garden waste, got 2 huge bags of decorative bark, did my and my neighbours garden and still had enough energy to clean floors!!! My OH said, "What drugs have those shakes got in them?? I really can't believe you aren't fainting with hunger!!!"
So all you Newbies out there...PLEASE, please, please give this LT 100% total commitment, not only will you look better, you will feel it inside as well!! Just keep glugging that lovely water down!

:D What an absolute inspiration you are, and motivation to carry on!!! How far are you into it? I really CANNOT wait until I start to feel like that. I had my last food on Sat dinner (although started the shakes the Tues before!) Im struggling, but managing to persevere!!

I can't wait to experience that!! Do you charge by the hour for gardening??? I am into week 2 and still going strong... I keep feeling a little shakey and very cold...but will keep going because I am already feeling the difference in my clothes x

My hands are cold 24/7 and my body a lot cooler than it was, I dont even have any hot flushes any more!!! (I'm 54) These 7 weeks have flown by and I'm getting so many compliments, it's a little embarassing, sometimes, but lovely. Got to be honest, up to week 3 I was nearly crying, I wanted to eat so bad, but then.....everything sort of clicked and I'm not hungry at all...I still cook every night, bake cakes and bread and NOT tempted. Never, ever thought that could happen to me. So come on here anytime you are struggling and get motivated, I did and I'm still going strong!!!

I've still got plenty of energy and I'm in week 17. Love that I have energy to do stuff now, before I was happy to sit and doze on the sofa most of my spare time. Not now though, always up and doing something.

Got to say it used to be an effort to haul myself off the sofa, now my OH keeps saying, "When are you going to sit down and just chill? I'ts the weekend!!!"

Lol! my hubby said i resembled a flea yesterday always jumping up to do something i got off the sofa 12 times during the formula 1 race yesterday he counted!!
