Hi im new on this forum i joined weight watchers 4 weeks ago and need to lose a lot of weight but im taking it 1 day at a time .
starting weight 16 st 11lbs
week 1 16st 6lbs -5lbs
week 2 16st 2.5lb -3.5lb
week 3 16st 3.5lb +1lb
i dont have a goal weight at the moment i just want to lose a stone at a time and not feel guilty when i stray a little bit
