Put the the bread in the oven until it dries out a bit and then put in a sealed plastic bag and roll with a rolling pin. Should work

I did it by chopping the bread finely and rubbing the crumbs in my fingers. It was quick and easy.

i just ripped a piece of bread into smaller pieces then rubbed the pieces between my hands. the bread came apart quite easily.
