How do i make Celeriac chips

Mmmmmmmm I had them deep fried last night with a pork chop, deffo one of my faves!!!!!

I made celeriac crisps yesterday. I'd made chicken wings and I thinly sliced the celeriac and patted it dry with kitchen roll, spread them over the base of the baking tray in one layer and cooked until crispy.

They came out like chilli chicken flavoured crisps and they were so lovely that I better save them for maintenance as I could eat a lot more than the 100g I made and in the quantity I could eat them they would be too high in carb for my 20/30g a day.
 
i just had them with a couple of eggs.
umm yeah,not bad,something that i would make again
perhaps a little more crispy next time,as these were
a little on the limp side.
