Green Day how do i make SW potato crisps

I spray a plate with frylight, thinly slice a potato and place each slice on the plate, dont let them overlap and cook in the microwave until golden. Mine usually take around 6-8 mins (1000w). Take them out let them cool so they go crispy and enjoy.

They are not free though. I believe they are 3.5 syns for 28g.

thank you if i wanted to put any seasoning on do i put it on before i cook them or afterwards thanks

also do i need to turn them over at any point, i am not good at cooking :)

There is an arguement to whether they are free or no, in short the answer is no they are syned. That being said it's all down to personal results, if you count them as free and loose then carry on :)

Why they are syned is a twofold reason; firstly because free foods are designed to fill you up and a packet of crisps wont do that, and secondly because it's about retraining your brain to make healthy choices, I could go on a big long explaination - but it's early!!

In short - count them as free and loose, then eat to your hearts content :D
