How Do I Remove Something That Shows On All My Posts?

Hi,
On my Delicious Meals with Minimum Ingredients thread, on all of the posts it still says about clicking on a link to access the clickable index, which Darren created for me when Minis was up and running before. Without having to edit each post individually, is there a way to remove this information of all the posts and also to prevent it appearing on any new recipes I add? Please bear in mind, I am extremely thick when it comes to anything to do with technology, which is why Darren sorted the index and the link to it, from his end! I had nothing to do with it, as I wouldn't have known where to start!!

If you mean the link in your signature go to top right where you see your user id and click on it. You will see signature. Click that then just delete whats in the box.

I see the page is gone? But depending on how the index was done it might still work.
